Tires: A New Comedy Series Starring Shane Gillis
Plot
In this new Netflix comedy series, Shane Gillis stars as Steve Gerben, a hapless manager at his father's auto shop. Despite his lack of qualifications, Steve is determined to improve customer service and drive profits while keeping his job secure.
Along the way, Steve faces a series of misadventures and challenges, including a clumsy attempt to impress a customer with a new tire, a disastrous encounter with a rival auto shop, and a near-catastrophic attempt to fix a car that belongs to a local mobster.
Cast
In addition to Gillis, the series also stars Peter Reeves (The Office), Chris O'Connor (Modern Family), and Will Sasso (Mad TV).
Reeves plays Steve's father, a gruff but well-meaning auto mechanic who is constantly exasperated by his son's antics. O'Connor plays Chris, Steve's best friend and fellow employee at the auto shop, while Sasso plays Will, a rival mechanic who is always trying to one-up Steve.
The series is set to premiere on Netflix on May 23rd.
